Good afternoon, Kickers fam!

I wanted to take a moment to thank you again for making rec soccer possible and fun for our West GB kids. We couldn’t do it without our amazing families! A few reminders:

1. U10 & U12 games start as early as tomorrow. Make sure you know your game times and locations. Find them on the app or at gbkickers.org.

U15/U19 game schedules are on the Bay Lakes website linked on gbkickers.org under League Info.

2. NO PETS! Please remind everyone that pets are not allowed at all of our fields (home and away). This is an ordinance in Green Bay and our surrounding communities have similar policies. Message here or text 920-492-1752 if you have issues with pets at fields so we can address it. Include field name, time and if we know whose pet it is. Photos welcome.

3. This season is all about kids having FUN playing soccer. It’s also about coaches having fun getting kids into soccer. It’s also about parents and refs having fun around the game of soccer. Make it fun. Fun can happen unintentionally, but make it intentionally fun for all. Remember, if you’re not having fun, there’s a good chance your kids are not having fun.

4. We take all head injuries seriously. If unsure, coaches will err on the side of caution. Make sure you gather the circumstances surrounding time, location and what happened for reporting. Contact us right away at gbkickerscomm@gmail.com.

5. Take some time to review the SAY Rule Book available at gbkickers.org under League Info. This will help you understand the rules, what kids can and cannot wear during games, and how the game is played at each age level.
